Dont trade the symbol of success for success

People use things as a symbol for success. Expensive cars and homes show that they are successful people, but in many instances these are just illusions. It is diffcult for many people to separate wealth from success.

In reality, many people want to be successful and their ideas of success always are different. To each person in order to be successful they will have to meet certain goals that they have set for themselves. When people set their goals too high they may have trouble reaching them and this will lead to a sad feeling, but things to show success is even worse. It is important to set reachable goals and then once they are attained then new goals can be added. By changing goals, each person can make themselves successful eventually.

It is important to make time to reach the goals that are set. Nothing happens overnight and that is important, because in order to reach your goals you need to give yourself the time to do so. Responsibility is a key factor. You must be responsible for setting your goals and achieving them. Symbols of success for some people include expensive items, but for those who find true success it is in the goals that they have set for themselves and whether they have attained them or not.

When you set your goals you are in control. You will stop blaming others for your lack of success and you will attain it on your own. Then, you will feel more confident that you can accomplish the new goals that you will set for yourself. Gathering wealth does not mean that someone was successful. It most likely is a perception that does not always mean that a person is a success.
